EDAC Solutions are taking steps to discuss with clients the possibility of large-scale school closures. As usual we will be supporting our clients and we are prepared for any likely scenarios.
Due to our cloud-based technology, we are confident that the majority of staff who are having to self-isolate will be able to work remotely.
Supporting staff with phone calls, ticket logging, communication and remote access will continue and in the even of large-scale closures, whether its ordered by the government or a confirmed case of Covid-19 we will extend our services as best as possible. We will not be able to have control over home broadband connections but as we always try to do we will do our best to support you in any issues that may come up.
If you are not part of the cloud we recommend not migrating at the moment. Although long-term it is a brilliant idea, currently it could be counterproductive and add extra stress at this time.
