Following the Government’s announcement this evening that all schools will close in the UK from Friday afternoon with the exception of those Children most vulnerable and those who are family members of key care workers we have updated our support provision to ensure we are available for all staff working from home along with site visits where required if the building remains open.
Although we await further clarification it does appear that the buildings will remain open generally so any network updates and site time required, that would normally wait until school holidays, will be scheduled and carried out during this period.
All staff can report issues to email@example.com or contact their usual engineer directly. Please DO NOT use the online support log as this is a central list of jobs to be done in school and may be missed during these unusual times. We request that all staff report issues through this email address in order for us to monitor and allocate all calls efficiently and expediently or, if urgent, call the main office number 01925 596156 or their designated engineer on mobile numbers provided.
We will be continuing to operate a full ICT provision for all our customers and will attend site, home visits and carry out remote support throughout this period as required and we assure all our customers that you can rely on our team to step up to the plate in these unprecedented times
