With 25 years of experience providing working solutions in the IT Industry, the last 10 in the Education Sector I have a wealth of experience to draw upon. My role within EDAC is providing first line and second line support working as part of the team assisting our onsite technicians. When onsite I am usually found installing interactive display equipment or setting up iPads. When in the office I am predominantly kept busy managing MDM’s (Mosyle/Meraki) or productivity suite requests (Office 365/GSuite/VLSC).
