IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUR CLIENTS
Following this evenings announcement from No.10 and the further measures implemented by the Government we will, from the end of play tomorrow, be restricting our site visits to schools to essential and emergency visits only. We are confident that we can continue to support your school and staff, wherever they may be working with the measures we have implemented over the last few weeks and I can assure you that the quality service you have come to expect from EDAC will not fall below the high standards you require.
We will still be available for emergency call outs, telephone support and remote support as well as site visits where absolutely necessary. The safety of our staff as well as yours and particularly the community are paramount in these unprecedented times. In this regard I will ensure that your engineer calls school on the day of the normal scheduled visit to ascertain any known issues and we will continue to monitor the online support logs. However I would reiterate our request that any and all support requirements, no matter how small, are logged at email@example.com or phoned through directly if urgent.
This will allow us to allocate the issue to a member of staff and deal with it efficiently and quickly. This is particularly important and valuable to staff working from home. We are able to access any machine, anywhere, as long as it has Internet connection, simply by providing the user with a remote access code.
