I just wanted to drop an email to say how impressed I have been with Adam this year.  He has such a lovely manner and nothing is ever too much trouble for him.  He doesn’t always know the answers to our questions or problems but always works hard to find out how it can be solved.  He always comes back with something to try and is always honest in his approach to things.

It is so important to be personable and Adam has this in buckets – he is an excellent ambassador for your company.
