EDAC have been extremely proactive and supportive in the transfer of our IT systems. Turnaround on queries has been swift and resolution to issues explained in non-technical language. Nothing has been too much trouble, including out of hours updates to ensure minimal loss of connectivity. As with any new and updated system there are minor snags, but these are being tracked and traced with vigour and I could not ask for a more responsive service.
